I believe that is former bass player Ronnie Cates.
I seem to remember from a concert review that he joined in for a song or 2.

Yes that is Ronny. He came out and played Dance at that show.

Ok, now they just have to figure out a way to work John Slick and Mark Kelly into a show and you'd have pretty much all of the key members of Petra having played with them recently. Louie was still a member not too long ago, so I'm counting him as 'recently'. Other than the guys I just mentioned, the only other members who were with Petra for more than 1 album who haven't been around lately are Lonnie Chapin and Pete Orta. Again, I'm counting Jim Cooper as already included because of his work with the Farewell project.

Kevin is only credited as being on God Fixation. Likewise, I don't count David Lichens as being on No Doubt, since he only joined the band in time to make the album cover. Bob still did all the guitar work.
