Original setlist from the FAREWELL Concert

Just out of interest what was the actual setlist from the FAREWELL night (4th Oct 05) and consequently did they move some of the songs around a bit on the final CD version?

To simply answer your question, no, they didn't move any songs around on the CD. The "planned" setlist included "Judas Kiss" right after "Creed", and then "Lord I Lift Your Name on High" was between "Beyond Belief" and "He Came, He Saw." Now in actuality, they performed "All About Who You Know" once, and then again right after. Same with "Dance." Then they pretty much did the show the rest of the way through, took a break and did it again. There was a time on the second run-through when they stopped because Bob broke a string, which is when the impromptu and most excellent drum solo took place. On that second set, they stopped and restarted a couple of songs.
