The Petra Zone

I promised my wife that I wouldn't buy Farewell until I got it for Christmas.

I've listed to it a few times and am really enjoying it. I also got to see them early in this tour, so it was like being there all over again.

A few points that have been re-hashed here (gotta get my 2 cents in)

• Greg X vocals are a suprisingly weak. I kept waiting for that moment when he lets loose, and nothing.
  John sounded great. Had his moments as well where fatigue set in (no wonder!), but overall superb performance.
  Even live, I questioned their opening song.
  Finally, a little info on Greg B (married with a small daughter).
  Elfante's left off liner notes....very interesting.
  Song list no suprise, but thought too much J&H (BTW, I love that album
  
  Petra is almost exclusively the only thing I listen too. Like so many of us, I have used them on my spiritual journey. I'm not in tears, but get that lump in my throat when I hear the end of the CD everytime.
