Paul is auctioning Tour stuff

Hey guys, Paul asked me to spread the word that he is auctioning 11 pairs of signed drumsticks used on the Farewell Tour. (each is a separate auction). He also is selling a pearl double pedal he used during his entire run with Petra.

Oh, I've been saying Paul's cute for a long time now...I think they've all gotten the cute label at some point, Paul's the latest victim.

The drum pedals are nice, but I want those dang drum sticks.

Kinda silly putting so many pairs of sticks up at once - especially if he is trying to make the most $$ possible - but as we all know there are much more important things than $$!!

Oh, I don't think it's silly; it just gives people more to buy. Of course, I'm not the expert on selling stuff on eBay, but I think people will probably snap those up. He probably won't have any trouble selling them, and you'd be surprised at the outrageous prices people pay. I'm not going to get too outrageous, I'll drop out if it goes too high, but there are people who would pay a lot for that stuff. I was going to buy some drum sticks in Oceanside but I opted for a T-shirt instead. Now I wish I'd gone ahead and gotten them.

As much as I personally would like a pair of those sticks (I've been trying for a couple years to get SOMETHING autographed by Petra or a member of Petra), I must realistically consider my situation: my wife is due on April 1 with our first child (a daughter), and I'm going back to school for my master of arts in teaching in the fall.
There's no way I can afford to outbid potentially hundreds of Petra fans trying to get a set of those sticks.

Oh, well. I still have ALL of Petra's studio or live CD's (I don't count the collections). I'll live.

Can you tell me if that is his actual sig. or is it printed on the sticks? Since I have a pair of sticks with a printed sig of louie, i'll pass on these.
