The Holiest Name chords

First, let me say hello to everyone. I've loved Petra since I became a Christian in 1990.
I've searched and searched but can't seem to find the chords to "The Holiest Name" off 'We Need Jesus'. I've been told it was in the original cd notes, but I only have the Praise collection set and there are no notes. Can anyone help out a youth pastor trying to teach his kids this song? Any help would be great! Thanks.
