John's Managment?

I want to book John here in central, Fl. but I heard a nasty rumor that Wayne Seboa was staying on with him for his solo career? Anyone have any insight on that? I want to bring him down here more than anything, but I won't touch him with a "thirty-nine and a half foot poooooole" if Wayne is still with him.

 Uh oh. It's a valid question, but maybe you should e-mail or private message Sue and ask her about it.

Wayne is no longer John's manager. Last I heard he was touring with the Newsboys. If you are interested in booking John, contact Sue.

Hehehe... Pears, you make me chuckle! I'll refrain from commenting.

John is more or less managing himself, though I've taken on some of the manager's duties in addition to doing the booking. Duties such as arranging airfare, setting up interviews, helping the promoter, things like that.

SO.... the rumor you heard is incorrect. You wouldn't have to get anywhere near Wayne... you'd just have to deal with me!

(someone jump in here and tell Tim how nice I am and easy to get along with, ok??)

Yeah....... I don't know about that Sue Dempster character. You gotta watch it with her. She seems like she could snap at a moments notice...

Just kidding. Sue's great, but you bring Andband with John.

Tim, I checked out your website and listened to your stuff. I love it. I really mean it. I'm a big fan of accousitc rock/pop/folk. Petra has tempted me many times to get into playing electric but never did. It looks like you're working on an album? Let us know.

BTW, if you have a show with John in Central, FL, I'm there. I live in Atlanta but do sales/consulting work for a company in Punta Gorda and have several customers around Florida. I'll just build a business trip around the show.

Thanks so much!! I really appreciate that! I wasn't actually planning on opening for John if I have him becasue I wasn't sure the styles would go well together. What do you think? Anywho, I just sent my EP off to get mastered, but I'll let you know if you want one when it comes back!

As far as John coming to Fl. Sue and I are working on a tenetive date in Nov. I'm testing the waters and looking for sponsors first before anything is set in stone, but I'd really like to make it work. Obviously, I'll be posting on that as well, depending on what I can come up with!

Well, keep in touch, I'll do the same and we'll see about Nov!!!
God Bless!
Tim

Certainly!!

Absolutely you could open for John. Remember the Dawsonville concert? Bread of Stone & Petra? Not exactly identical styles. And yes, I do want a copy when the new project is mastered. Just let me know when, how much, etc.

Whats wrong with Wayne. I thought he was one of the people who was instrumental in bringing Jekyl and Hyde together.

Oh, I don't know about that...it may be true, I was just kidding about the fact that he's not a very pleasant or tactful man to have to deal with. :) (from experience and other member's horror stories) lol
