yeah! my parents just arrived from the US and brought me my Farewell DVD.
and yes, the venue is small, the stage is narrow, Bob's solo is edited, the DVD doesn't come back to the menu when you're watching the extras...

but who cares! IT'S PETRA!!!!!!

they blessed us with something we didn't even expect after the retirement announcement - a live CD and DVD!
yes it took too much time, but still - IT'S PETRA! just watch it, see the musicianship, see how Bob masters the guitar and holds the entire band - and the entire concert - in his hands. the part where he strucks the strings in the begining of Sight Unseen - what was that?? mindblowing sound!!!! how about Paul's monstruous drums? Greg's vocals and thunderous bass? how about Greg X. and (YEAH!!!) John Lawry??
how to explain the chill up my spine (and i bet that happened to most people in the attendance too) when they start playing Mine Field on the rock medley??
these guys could be millionaires for 20 years now if they wanted - but they heard the call and chose to be PETRA!
God bless them!
LONG LIVE, PETRA!

That Mine Field part still gets me. The vocals are awesome in the Rock Medley.
