Hehehe... that's what I'm afraid of! I warned John about that - that's why he put an office phone number on there instead of his cell.

So folks - PLEASE do not call and leave messages unless you really ARE interested in buying or selling a home.

If you want to tell John something - just email me. I always forward his messages, and he does read them - even if he doesn't reply (he's not a fast typist... so I always answer back. Gotta put that 86 wpm rate to a good use!).

I hope Micah's not gonna delete this thread since it says "for all your realty needs" on it. har har

I was looking at the prices of homes listed on the site.

Unless I win the lottery, John wil never here from me.

I know... it's a pricey area. Unless he gives me a raise as an agent - he'll never hear from me as a homebuyer either! lololol!

If it's actual Petra fans posting ads there's nothing wrong with that. I was just making a joke the admin would see the words "for all your realty needs" and delete this thread before he ever read it It's a joke so it's supposed to be funny.

Darn it! John and I just closed on our new house last Friday!

We couldn't afford what John S. is selling anyhow, and it's in completely the wrong area for us. LOL! I wish him the best!
