Petra chords

Post by p-freak » Mon Jul 24, 2006 5:10 am

I play a little bit of acoustic guitar myself and I've always been looking for chords of Petra-songs. I'm can't transcribe songs myself so I've always been depending on songbooks or sites like christianguitar.org.

Now I've started adding some chords to my website. Most of the chords are taken from long out-of-print songbooks. I've just started with it, so there's not much right now.

I have a few chords for the Come And Join Us album for the songs God Gave Rock And Roll To You, Ask Him In and Come And Join Us. I have listed most of the songs for Petra Praise 2 and I have two songs for Jekyll & Hyde: Life As We Know It and Till Everything I Do.

Enjoy!! And if you have any additional chords, feel free to e-mail them to me!

Have you heard of "tetrachords? :D It's a music theory term, I'd define it but the definition would be pretty boring so I won't define it openly. If you really want me to define it I will definitely provide the definition for you. But I think it definitely sounds similar to "Petra chords" harharhar
