I just got my V.E but who's the sender's signature?

Hey all, I got Vertical Expressions which only took 8 days to get to Australia 
on the package, the declaration part where the sender signs to say that there are no weapons of mass destruction etc. contained in it, has "K Hart...." it's a scribble but is this Kim Hartman?
