Through out its history, Word Records has been the home to some of Christian Musics most prolific artists and powerful songs. Capturing these most memorable moments from the past 30 years, Word Records introduces The Definitive Collection. With a total of 32 volumes in the series, The Definitive Collection will release 8 new titles every quarter, highlighting the very best artists and songs from Words storied history. Future titles include collections from Mylon LeFevre, First Call, Petra, 2nd Chapter Of Acts, Benny Hester, Guardian and many more.

EMI's profits are down. This will never end. While I am all for a supply and demand economy, I don't see too much demand for this, so why supply it? I could answer my own question. I was just wondering out loud at the stupidity. I would rather repurchase every CD twice from Bob Hartman directly so that more money goes in his pocket.

Edward your words ring true. I will only buy Petra merch. from Bob. The direction Bob is taking with the Petra and IIGuys gig is the direction they should have gone 10 years ago. FORGET RADIO!! It is in the ground and we are getting ready to pour the dirt over it.

Just a little love note to the industry at large:
RADIO SUCKS! DEATH TO RADIO! YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE RIAA. BUNCH OF GREEDY IDIOTS! TAKE ALL OF THE WATER OUT OF THE WELL AND IT IT DRY. ALL OF THE CREATIVE, TASTEFUL, REFRESHING WATER IS GONE. ALL WE HAVE IS DUST IN THE AIR TO MAKE US THIRST EVEN MORE. YOU COULD HAVE BEEN DIGGING MORE WELLS BUT YOU DUG YOUR OWN GRAVE! DIVE IN HEAD FIRST YOU GUTLESS WONDERS.

OK Eddie... now tell us how you REALLY feel!
Here's something that will make you feel better: If you've never tuned in yet - check out
http://www.theprodigalradio.com
It is an excellent station, playing all your favorite 'deep-well songs' from the past - including a heavy, heavy dose of Petra.
