What if there was a "classic Petra reunion" consisting of Bob Hartman, Greg Volz, Loiue Weaver, John Lawry, and Mark Kelly. I myself would love to see that lineup on stage one more time. How about you?

I would actually be glad to see any reunion, and although the "Dream Team" was wonderful, the band was good when Greg was singing with them too.

Let the debate between the Greg folks versus the "Dream Team" folks (and those who like both eras) begin. :P :D

It's not an "if" it's a "when"

I am not trying to start a debate about which "dream team" is better, I was just asking a question.

Danielaussie do you know something??

I was kidding, Shawn, we've had a lot of those debates here. :)

I'd go see them just because I never got to actually see that lineup in concert. The only Petra concert I was ever actually able to attend was in the "Midnight Oil" tour. It was excellent, of course.

I have seen Greg X. perform solo, though. So, it would be great to see the old Petra together once again.

I am the same way, I have only seen them twice, once on the Salt Block tour,(I think that is what it was called), then the Farewell tour.

Well, we seem to have new people join everyday, so maybe it's time for another good debate. Debates are healthy right???

We've had some pretty heated ones here. :P But, yeah, they can be healthy just so long as people are respecting each other's opinions. We've had some pretty funny ones too, thanks largely to Jonathan, Enosh and Brian (who hasn't posted here in like forever). :) Oh well, this is the Internet.

Does anyone even have contact with Mark Kelly anymore?

I remember during the farewell tour that someone had talked with him about his time with Petra. I remember him saying something to the effect that he couldn't believe we would remember him.

Greg told Brent once that he and Bob talked about doing "something". Something was never defined to Brent. The context however was the reuniting with the BEST version (hahaha) of Petra. Louie told Brent that he would do something with those guys, as long as it was financially viable for proper rehearsals, etc.

Someone knows how to get a hold of him because when Petra was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall Of Fame he was there.

That was, what, 10 years ago? A lot can change in ten years.
