Anyone coming to these shows?

I see that John is going to be at a worship service at Graceland Baptist in New Albany Sunday morning. I went to their website and it says that day is "Motorcycle Sunday." THAT could be interesting!

Is anyone going to the show on the 24th in Fairdale? I will be there. Its been 20+ years since I've seen him live. I can't wait.

I plan on going to the concert in Fairdale on Friday night.
I went last year and had a great time. The church hosting the event is very small but full of friendly people.
I actually had a little one-on-one time to talk with John which was great!

If you go Friday, you'll be sleeping in the pews. The concerts are Sat - Sun.

I'll probably go to the Motorcycle Sunday service at Graceland Baptist in New Albany Sunday morning. I haven't decided yet about the Sunday night show in Corothersville, although I did notice they took it off their events calendar, so it might be a moot point.

It's still on for Sun. night... just talked with them. Not sure why it would be off the event listing.... odd.

I still plan on being there SATURDAY NIGHT if Sweetiecakes allows me.

Sue: Last year when I went to the same church for the concert, they didn't allow pictures to be taken. There was evidently some sort of trouble with a concert before John came. They did allow pictures afterward at the meet & greet. I'll check again this year to be sure.

You'll find the Big Bubba at Texas Roadhouse restaurants.
It's 32 ounces of sirloin steak satisfaction.
If you finish the whole meal, you get a shirt (like I'm wearing in the small picture to the left).
They also put your picture on a cork board in the restaurant's waiting area for all to see.
It was one of my proudest moments.

Anyone know the ticket price and/or when the church doors open for this event? I plan to be at the Fairdale Oak Grove Baptist Church show with my son. Looking forward to it!

The concert is at 7pm EST so I assume doors would open shortly after 6pm.
