Angel of Light sounds awesome!

Right on.

Uh...not a big fan of this version of "Angel of Light". Again, the vocals are really weird.

Hard to say If I like these. I really should since I've NEVER been happy with the production quality on the original albums , but these do sound a lot like the originals. Actually they do sound better, it's just they sound very similar, like they are playing the songs the same way 30 years later. OK enough negativity, I hope the mastering changes everything! Long Live Petra!

I use a Firefox extension called downloadhelper. It can grab lots of audio and video files.

I agree with SU though. The vocals for Angel Of Light sound a bit weird, but maybe it gets better when we get the mastered tracks.

Angel of light is not bad. Grave Rober is rough. The original is far better.

And we thought there wouldn't be any leaks

Well, you guys can dislike it all you want, but I can tell already that I'm really gonna enjoy this.

Get over yourself, man. At this point you are just being snide and contentious.

I like the samples... I tweaked the sound and tuned it up a notch and it sounds almost identical to the original, so I think people who are hearing "weirdness" in the vocal it is because the songs have been brought down a key because Greg just can't hit the highest highs anymore, but that doesn't take away from this upcoming album in any way for me.

Does anyone remember how John sounded on Back to the Street? He sounded more like the Rush singer than the former Head East singer. He needed to get his groove back... Let's see how Classic Petra sounds on the tour after Greg gets his legs back under him.

This album is going to kick butt. I can't wait for it's release. I can't wait for the Tour, I hope they come to California.

Pot meet kettle. You started most of the John vs. Greg crap because you were completely overly sensitive to people who preferred John. Because of that, an environment has been created in which not liking Classic Petra = hating Greg and loving John. Get over YOURself.

Actually I had a big part of that to, which I regret. Not sure how my dislike for some of the samples and expressing a John preference turned into hating Greg but I think sometimes passion takes over and it becomes dificult to tame the tongue. Talking mainly to myself by the way.
