Does anybody know if the TBN show will be shown on t.v. Sat. night?

As far as I know, they didn't say. I guess someone could ask management. I'm thinking Matt Crouch will be the one to host it. Might as well have MR. Real Videos do it.

I thought it was a taping, which means it will be edited and shown later.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I think they only do live shows Mon-Fri becuase Monday afternoon they show the Friday Night before as a re-run. And did they say this was going to be a PTL show with PETRA or just a special PETRA show?

I emailed Greg about this a couple of weeks ago and he said it is only a taping, and will be aired soon after.

Can someone record this, I canceled cable (thanks to Hulu)

Probably, but you can never be sure if they put everything they broadcast on the DVD as well, so it would be great if someone could record and share. I'm sure Terje would be glad to host it for us. I'm hoping for better quality than youtube. And I'd love to see / hear audience recordings, so if you're going - take your mics and cameras and start recording!!

I believe they specifically said no recording allowed, but that pictures (no flash) were cool.

On the Classic Petra Blog it says it should air on TBN sometime in Dec. and come out on DVD shortly afterward. However, That probably means it will be March if they follow the same pattern as BTTR. Sept. turned into Oct. and Oct. Became Nov. But it was worth the wait.

Sounds about right. I hope no one askes Bob to marry them, I remember they did something like this with Carman in the 90s and had a questions and answers thing and some lady asked Carman to marry them. She wasn't all that good looking. I think Carman's responce was "I've got some things to tell you about that, come see me back stage after the show"

Many of you have been asking when the TBN special will air. I wish we had more detailed information for you, but we are being told that it will air on January 1, 2011, on all TBN stations. You’ll have to check the listings in your area for specific air times. The show will only be aired on TBN.

The projected availability date for the TBN Show DVD is January 15th.

Just worked out at a gym next door to the TBN building, so I drove into the parking lot and around the complex. It's very beautifully decorated for Christmas and i'm amped up for the show. I'll be rocking a Philadelphia Eagles sweatshirt if anyone wants to say hi! haha.

So pumped! My first real petra concert!
