I know it's not a competition. wow Christmas 2010 hey, imagine these guys in a duet singing this song!!!!!!

There is no competition in my book. There is no way there could be one. They both sing in two different ranges and always have. now, both Petra bands tune down, and this truth remains the same. When Greg was singing in his prime, he was not singing at the complete top end of his range. When John came to Petra, he darn near was, and was not as high as Greg. BUT, John has a thickness and R and R gravel to his voice that Greg could not provide. These are two drastically different singers, never to be compared against each other.

I just played parts of each video at the same time and had these guys effectively singing together. It was pretty cool. I would gladly pay money to hear something like that done for real.

I'm not too fond of this song. I know it's very popular in the States, but I can't get myself to like it very much. So I'd rather not listen to it at all, even when both John and Greg would be singing it together! But because I love both John and Greg, I can do nothing but listen to this slightly annoying song... Poor me!
