Just wanted to point out

There has been a lot of discussion about the lack of US tour dates for Classic Petra, I was on Johns site and noticed, he isn't exactly burning up the tour dates either.
Just thought I'd point that out.

I don't think any rockers are getting any dates...
What I don't get is Charlie Sheen gets a sold out audience, and we have the best of Christian rock going to waist.
I think if Classic and John want to get more dates.. they need to collaborate...

I don't think it matters.
The best thing either one can do is to play festivals where there are people who are captive. The should find a hook up with ministries catering to people with kids in college and beyond, who need to reconnect with the music they once identified with. THAT is their market in the States. Forget youth. Forget small churches. There are only so many that could afford Classic Petra. Heck, the ones I know with large TV ministries wouldn't do it. Less than 2% of the average church tithes. There is a record number of churches in financial ruin because of unbiblical debt. TV ministries are cutting back. Someone has to think out of the box.

The HUGE DIFFERENCE is Classic P announced a 40+ city US Tour then failed to make it happen so far. John has not done the same. Just pointing it out is all.

I hear what you are saying, but cut them a little slack, I think they hoped for a little more excitment from the fans, and that would help get them booked.
