So what would you all say to a Pethead Convention in Indianapolis in early May next year?
I'm in the early stages of making it happen.

Definitely a John concert, along with Petra memorabilia on display, invitations to former members, and whatever else can be dreamed up to make this a full-blown convention at a convention center! But I won't steal Rob's thunder....

Let's just say if this were to happen - he'll need SUPPORT from everyone to pull it off!

BTW - I talked with John about this, and he said "You guys are CRAZY! But I love the idea!"

Just hop on a plane! Now it's YOUR turn to wait in the airport, sit around, miss flights.... lol!

Here is a quick update for you. The tentative date is May 5th at the Wingate hotel on Rockville Road in Indy. I am working on pricing now. I will have special hotel pricing available soon. I’m working with the hotel manager on that part. I am also working on venders and food for that day. John Schlitt will headline the concert that night. I am open to suggestions for names for this event. I will consider all suggested names.
I will try to keep everyone up to date details.

Just seemed a little odd to me that in all that talk no one even mentioned trying to get Classic Petra involved or to come and play.

I don't really see anything going on with this, that I can't already get from the internet. Just having John headline isn't enough to get me wanting to go. I'll just wait for it to show up on youtube.
