Atomic Arena. That's a good choice. I loved that album back in the day, and the band was personally good to me. But, I can't take Michael Drive or whatever he's calling himself these days. And after listening to the live album and seeing the live concerts on youtube, I realize the vocals on the original albums are an illusion. So that album is out.

In no particular order

Stryper- To Hell With the Devil
Switchfoot- Nothing Is Sound
Paul Alan- Falling Awake
Michael W. Smith- anything prior to Healing Rain, preferrably from The Live Set or later.
Guardian- Bottle Rocket

And, washing up on the beach with the wreckage, Whiteheart Highlands.

I also wouldn't mind strolling down the beach and finding Cindy Morgan playing a piano and singing I Will Be Free, or How Could I Ask For More.

An illusion? You mean you think they created the vocal sounds by lots of editing and takes, and Michael isn't as good live as he sounds on the album?

That's what my take on it was.

Well, on the album there's a definite melody, and the vocal is in tune. The vocal on the live album is pitchy. The live concert from 2012 that I watched on youtube left me wondering if he could carry a tune. Not much of the original melody was followed, and it was super pitchy all throughout. He's no John Schlitt, that's for sure.
