Power Praise Block and Super Rock Block

Does anybody know if Bob played the updated Rhythm guitar and Solos on these Medleys: "Power Praise Block" and "Super Rock Block" that Star Song released in the 90's? I know the "new" drums sounds, sound processed, not "live", and there are even new, stronger bass lines, but the "new" guitar parts intrigue me. It sounds like Bob but then it sounds like it could be a session player. Now that would be sad. Bob has the chops. Anybody know the answer to this enigma?????
