Anyone remember when the Zone used to be a .com site?
Got this email from GoDaddy... do we need to increase traffic?
It did make me laugh a bit... and brought up some very old memories of 'back in the day'.... I met some really great friends because of the Zone, long before FB or Twitter or any of those things were around.

I don't have the mousepad, but I remember when we made the move. Since then Petra retired, came back, retired, regrouped and retired again, but in the end they're still around. Same thing happened to our membership

Based on the dates that most people's profiles show as "joined" I'd say it was October 1, 2003.

The Hoarder -absolutely true!
Brent, you coined Mother Hen for me ages ago.... guess I keep that title.
Btw: Anyone else have goofy problems trying to type on the Zone with cell phones? It really does stupid things. It won't rotate horizontal and when I enlarge the screen so I can see what I'm typing because my eyes have been burned out looking at computer screens for too many years, it shrinks back down too small print before I can type anything.

I still have my mousepad. Zone mother...I like that, but boy do you kids tire me out. And I have learned over time to choose my battles carefully.
