Psalm 126:6
He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing
shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.

Re: Favorite singer poll
First two albums, actually. Greg Hough was the other primary vocalist, and he sounds a lot like John Fogerty. The third album was a tag team of Greg Volz and Rob Fraizer. Next four albums it was Greg Volz, and then John Schlitt after that.sickasadog wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 4:07 pmFirst album. You'll understand the wink when you hear him. God bless him.
And sorry, Diehardpetrafan, but I can't pick a favorite.

Also, I don't think Bob Hartman is a bad singer. He's just not lead singer material.

Did Greg sing at all in Come and Join Us, or did he start singing with Washes Whiter Than?Mountain Man wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 7:10 pmFirst two albums, actually. Re: Favorite singer poll
Hahaha, I knew Rob Frazier sang some too, tomorrow I'll check out their earlier stuff. John's stuff in the 80s and early 90s will always be 'Petra' to me though.

Re: Favorite singer poll
I thought that I heard Bob singing on Come and Join Us as well, but someone told me that it was only Greg, Steve Camp, and a couple of other people on that album. It definitely sounds like Bob on a few cuts.Mountain Man wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 7:10 pmFirst two albums, actually. Greg Hough was the other primary vocalist, and he sounds a lot like John Fogerty. Re: Favorite singer poll
Okay thats very useful thanks. I wonder why the only used Volz for a few songs on Come And Join Us? (Also it's they did the same thing with Washes Whiter Than)p-freak wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:21 pmSomeone told you wrong then....

Re: Favorite singer poll
I understand now what you mean. Bob isn't exactly a bad singer, buy like you said, not quite lead singer material.
He's alright though. More pleasing than AC/DC
