Take me Home John Schlitt and This house is not for sale - Bon Jovi.

Check Bon Jovi's song. It is identical in the very first part of the song.

Not quite. Besides Bon Jovi came out with that song in 2016, 4 years after John Schlitt's "Take Me Home."

I've heard people say that "I Am On The Rock" sounds like "Pour Some Sugar On Me", but I honestly don't hear it. Besides being anthemic rock, they're really not that similar.
