Bill Glover posted this pic on Facebook. It’s one I hadn’t seen yet.

Bill stated:

“IN THIS PHOTO: Founding Members of PETRA!

Visionary, songwriter, vocalist and guitarist extraordinaire, Greg Hough; phenomenal bassist John Degroff; drummer, percussionist and vocalist, Bill Glover; and guitarist, vocalist and songwiter extraordinaire, Bob Hartman; plus special guest lead guitarist extraordinaire, Phil Keaggy, on the same stage jammin'! Circa 1974. L to R - Bob Hartman, Phil Keaggy, Bill Glover, John DeGroff and Gregory Hough.“

Apologies if it’s been seen numerous times. It’s new to me so I wanted to share in case anyone else hadn’t seen it.

So Phil Keaggy once played with Petra. That's one for the trivia books!

With, not in. There are lots of people who have jammed with them.

I love this pic. I always wanted to see Bob and Phil do something together. Maybe someday soon. Would love a G3 kind of gig, Hartman, Keaggy and Brewster.

I would love to have a recording of that gig. Of course I really doubt one exists, because how could they have possibly known at the time that they were "making history" that people would actually care about nearly 50-years later?
