Have your CDs recorded onto tape. Don't get rid of them. What will you do WHEN you have drop-out, or your machine eats the tape?

Tapes are inferior in every way to CDs. They have much lower stereo channel separation and signal-to-noise. They have print-through effect (which is when you hear a phantom of the music happening before it happens). The hotter the recording is printed, the more obvious it is. There is limited dynamic range and frequency response. The more tape in the cartridge, the thinner it will be. Thinner tape equals more noise, less level, and frequency response. Pass.

Oh I was the one who took long! I already have the CD, though. I'm looking for the tape instead
