There was a period when I could find Petra albums at just about any Half Price Books. Now, if you aren't familiar with this store they are a closeout bookstore but they also purchase used books and resell them. So, the front of the store has slick looking books from the last year or so that are new. The back of the store is loaded with used books that were turned in for money, so the location stock varies. Now they don't just sell books- they also sell used music and movies. They usually have a record section and I really wish I had picked up the Petra albums. They were usually sold for "a song." It's also a good place to pick up Atari games for cheap.
