A little while back in another thread, I had posted this comparison of the careers of Audio Adrenaline and Petra:
Petra: self-titled debut
AA: self-titled debut

Petra: principle songwriter Bob Hartman
AA: principle songwriter Bob Herdman

Petra: recorded live album in 1985
AA: recorded live album in 1995

Petra: Bob stepped aside from touring but remained active with band
AA: Bob stepped aside from touring but remained active with band

Petra: "Farewell" tour in 2005
AA: "Adios" tour in 2006

Petra: "Farewell" CD/DVD
AA: "The Farewell Concert" CD/DVD
Well now, they're even copying "II Guys from Petra" with "AATalks". Unreal. Oh well, they say imitation is the best form of flattery.

After two Grammys, multiple Dove awards, and 18 number one singles, Mark Stuart and Will McGinniss of Audio Adrenaline begin again, ignited with a passion to tell their story. At first glance, their career sounds story-book, but in reality it was full of as many hardships as successes and they want to share their experiences with audiences who need to be challenged, encouraged, and motivated to live the life that God has in store for them. The guys now turn their attention away from the rock show and focus on sharing their passion for Christ as Speakers. Audio Adrenaline has always been synonymous with excitement, passion, and faith. From albums to videos, from rock shows to mission trips, these guys have forged a path of purpose and conviction. Now as speakers, Stuart and McGinniss set out to inspire the next generation of "normals", to let go of their fear, and grab hold of their destiny.

*AAtalks includes Audio Adrenaline front man Mark Stuart, bassist Will McGinniss and rhythm guitar and vocalist Brian Whitman for a night of encouragement, testimonies, Audio A classics and worship.

Ministers never reaqlly retire. Jesus didn't, neither did the apostles.
