I think this tour was mostly sporadic dates, so I don't think there was a regularly scheduled opener.

I saw them twice that year, once at a festival, and once at the reunion show with like, Bread Stone, or Stonebread or Bread for a Stone or something like that. And another band that I don't remember.

That would be BREAD OF STONE that toured on Farewell.

Petra had a have a Jekyll & Hyde TOUR ??? 
Did I miss something?
I saw them twice in May 2003 (with the first ever live performances of Jekyll & Hyde and All About Who You Know) at two festivals in Germany and I saw them twice in June 2004 in the Netherlands. In 2004 they had a small European tour with some kind of UK-band as an opener. They were called something like V-1.
