Guys, I am currently working on a huge project. I am putting all the Petra Albums ever made on a DVD Music Album complete with on-screen navigation menus and album art. I am including best-of's and originals. I am trying to make sure I have all the CD's in my library. Does anyone know the best place to get a listing of all the original and best-of's??
Wow, what a project!
Here is a list of the regular LPs

For a good list of all the albums check out
http://www.petrarocksmyworld.com/albums.html if you click on the cover of any of the albums you can see a track listing. You might not want to waste your time with any of the greatest hits albums. They weren't really put together by the band--they were put together by greedy record companies trying to make a few extra bucks off of innocent Petheads.

There's also a list on my site (
http://www.guidetopetra.com/discography.html) and at
PetraBand.com ("History"), not to mention every other Petra fan site on the planet.

MichaeLeah I completely think just like you.
Innocent?

...and all said 'innocent' Petheads had to do was NOT buy these hastily thrown together collections.
Being that they did anyway, doesn't that make the term 'accessory' a tad more applicable than 'innocent'? I fathom no record companies were forcing anyone into record stores...

History, I heard your band had an auto accident. Was that old news and are they ok?

This is another old post that somebody dug up for whatever reason, so while it is true nobody forced anybody to buy CDs, it's a bit late to be continuing this thread. MichaelLeah hasn't posted for awhile and neither has Jud.
This Uno character has started to cause trouble for people by digging up these old threads; this person needs to knock it off. Grrrrrr.

Hey man... it actually happened this past Tuesday. THANKFULLY, no one was seriously injured despite the car being totaled. Brian (Kainos' publicist) and Ben seem to have gotten roughed up the most and Ben is still working through having a sore back, but I joined him and Hannah for a brief worship set yesterday morning at the Tennessee Baptist Convention and he's doing a great job handling the pain. Hannah seems to have recovered fairly quickly or is otherwise doing a good job of not letting it bother her.
I'd rather the accident have not happened at all, but the timing could have been a LOT worse. After finishing up GMA week, Kainos is off the road until the end of May... rejoining Fusebox for more 'Will Play For Food' events in Maine. That being said, there should be a pretty good amount of recovery time for Hannah and especially Ben to get back to 100%.
Thanks for your concern... Private message on the way...

My comment wasn't directed at you, Ryan; there wasn't anything unreasonable about what you said. It was more for Uno's benefit.
I'm glad nobody was seriously hurt, car accidents are nasty.

Sorry to hear about the crash, Ryan.... good thing no one was seriously hurt.
This Uno thing seems to be some sort of automated program/worm/whatever.
I've send an email to Micah asking him to ban this im-poster.

You mean Uno isn't even a real person? Please.

We need to look at the original post dates and let them die all over again when we see Uno's name associated with an old post. The dates are in plain view.

I bought Rock Block when I was like 16, completely unaware of how bloodthirsty the recording business was.

I should have known that buying music from the band I love was taking food off their table, and probably illegal.

I also probably should have gotten me a cd burner so I could make my own compilations. But now I know. Never buy "Best of" again.
