The Petra Zone

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I don't come around The Zone very often. A pastor's life is a bid crazy. I'm the pastor who hosted 2 guys in Tucson, and have been a Petra fan since the late 70s.

When I heard about the reunion tour I made a point to come to The Zone to see what people were saying. But, to my surprise, there was barely if any talk about it. How come? Is this tour still not confirmed? I have been desperately trying to find some info but have only been able to come across the few links that are listed on Petrafiles.com

Can anyone clarify? Is this thing a reality or cruel joke? Why no talk about it. Anyway...just curious.

Last info I got from Greg Carnes(promoter) is there is an interest by all involved to have something this fall, but his quote was no one has signed on as of yet. One other thing is Greg Carnes is looking for hosting churches and other like venues to host this Reunion. This info is about 2 weeks old, so could have changed since then.

I'm excited about it but the tours are so far from the South.

I'd be more excited if I actually thought I had a chance of seeing them, but even if they did come through my city I doubt I'd have the time to attend a concert. I'd love it if they made a new album, though, but that's probably unlikely.

i am from Boston, I have a couple carloads of people who would be willing to drive hundreds of miles to see Petra.
