Yep, "keep it up" is a compliment which basically means you're doing awesome and I hope you continue!

By the way, those of you who are non-native English speakers, don't be confused by my signature message which says "i are like to speaks a engwich goodly" It really should say "I like to speak English well," but I gramatically ruined it on purpose just to be funny.
