Something simple!

Ok guys you all have read what Meagan and I have been through the last year or so,I have not posted since I got out of the hospital. Well I went to the dr and he gave me a clean bill of health he also put me on some meds. that are supposed to help the kidney stones not form,I pray that they work. But since then I have been able to walk around be myself and last nite I got to the my favorite thing in the world. Play basketball! I know that sounds so simple but my whole life I have played in either school or leagues in church or other places and they are really competitive leagues playing with people that either played in college and even some that played in either the NBA or oversea's,never the less when I got sick it made part of me kinda DIE,and to be able to even walk in that gym and see people that I had not played with in a year was good enough for me,the guys where like hey it's Johnathan. And i was like man don't make fun of me i have not even picked up a ball for a year. I have to brag I hit 2,3 pointer and drove in the lane for 2 not to bad for someone that had a year like me. Meagan had the biggest smile on her face,i only played in 2 pickup games then left,as the others still played. I felt like a little boy being able to be out there again. But I am here to tell you that without my Savior that none of this would be possible. I am Back! HA. Well all keep your faith, He is There all the time. thank you all for all your prayers and keep praying as we seek what it is that the Lord wants me to do now that I am healthy. Sorry all that this is so long!

I'm glad you're feeling better, and I hope your medications work too. I can understand why you'd be glad to be feeling like your old self again...It's hard not to be able to do stuff you like because you're not feeling well.

VERY cool Johnathan! Praise God indeed! I think that illness and pain have to be two of the enemy's best friends, because when you are dealing with them, you don't have much left for anyone or anything else.

Bridget and Shell thank you for you for reading my post i am just glad that you all didn't get too bored! Bridget in my case I tried to still do the same for anyone that i could,I just hung onto my faith and did as much possible,just aske Sam.

ohhhh NOT AT ALL!!!!!! you are so NOT BORING!, I`m SO HAPPY to hear you are feeling better, I know what a kidney pain is and it sucks!!!!!, gosh, I`m so glad to read you are doing what you like to do. I know God is gonna use your testimony for blessing other people who might be going through the same thing. I have no doubt Johnathan that all the stuff you have gone through with Meagan and all will be used for God`s glory.

You will find many people struggling really hard and because you KNOW how it is you will be able to lift thousands of descourage hearts. I know it because I have lived it myself. I have been through really tuff hells in my family and many times I wondered why, and the answer started to arrived when I find myself helping tons of people to stand because I have fell like they too and I know that with God we will stand out again. And people believe it because they see it in my life and is real.
