ACLJ?

They seem to be the conservative christian version of the ACLU. I first heard of them when were defending kids who got arrested during the first See Ya at The Pole events in Texas.

They are the best hope Christians have to defend their rights in america, and I am proud John is with them.

This is from their website. www.aclj.org. I don't think they have anything to do with poverty and the environment. They have info on their website about a documentary type movie called Choosing Life. Maybe John is doing music for that or another movie, but I don't know.

As a Christian this is a great organization to get our views out there in the political realm. I am a member of the NRA and they always have booths and representatives at the NRA meetings that I attend.

Well, it's a great organization to get a particular subset of Christian views out there. That said, I'm never opposed to any group that protects the rights of people of faith, whether that's the ACLJ, ACLU (which, believe it or not, has defended and does defend Christians, according to the website http://www.aclufightsforchristians.com) or otherwise.

ACLJ's new documentary film is "The Export: Radical Islam's Map to the End of Democracy" coming out in April. Maybe there will be a song by a very familiar and awesome singer on it!!!!

You can hear John's song for The Export on www.aclj.org March 21st broadcast. The song starts at 9:40. It's kind of like The Marks of the Cross. Those of you who were talking about auto tune - see if that's what is going on in that song. He doesn't sound like a robot at all, but the vocals sound kind of muffled or something in places. Also John and Dan Needham talk a little bit...at 29:57, about 35:04, 42:27 and maybe later, I haven't listened to the entire thing.

Lets be clear. ACLJ is not about social justice. Social justice is not necessarily Christian. Christianity is not necessarily about social justice. The ACLJ does lots of good things, doing things that nobody else is willing or able to do, so that people here and around the world have their rights and liberties stomped on by governments, organizations, etc.

I don't believe in social justice either. Justice should be dealt based on facts, not skin color, politics, etc. Social justice is relative. There is no place for relativism in Christianity.

I actually heard Glenn Beck's entire radio show that that excerpt was taken from. It's completely out of context. Then they bring Jim Wallace in for "clearification"...Good stuff.
