Re: White Cross
Even though it was a complete departure from their previous offerings I liked Equilibrium a lot, evenmore than In The Kingdom & High Gear. I thought by the time In The Kingdom came out I was starting to get bored with their sound.

Re: White Cross
Ken Tamplin has a massive amount of clips on youtube, if you want to hear his real voice. I believe he's primarily advertising his vocal ability and his vocal academy, but I think he took requests. He plays guitar and sings songs from all different genres. In one of the clips, he demonstrates technique and little bit of Aerosmith's Dream On. The clip of him singing Drift Away is pretty decent also.rexreed wrote:I realize that this thread is straying but that Ken Tamplin stuff from Germany sounds pretty good. As far as a I know Ken never toured near where I live, at least I never heard of him doing anything. I have always wondered how he would sound live since it seems as if he is the type of self producer that will record a few notes at a time till they are perfect. His vocals always sounded really layered and it would seem to me that reproducing the studio sound live would be tough. Winners or Losers is one of my favorite tracks and I'm glad to hear he includes it in his set list. TBH, I accidently discovered KT. Whitecross had a following in Houston, but hardly anyone that I knew that listened to Christian music was familiar with KT or Shout.
