The Petra Zone

I talked through IM with stephen (bakersfield pethead) and he asked me to tell you to pray for him, he is going through some problems, he didn`t say what exactly but he really need our prayers so as a family we gotta supposrt each other. (come scalesheads!!!! dont you read sam`s newsletters??? she has a lot to say about that issue)

Dear Jesus,

What a gracious Savior You are that You concern Yourself with every single one of our needs, worries, pains and troubles. So often when the floodgates of trials hit us Lord, we try to handle things ourselves, but You said that we should come to You.
This time I'd like to lift up Stephen to You, one of our Petheads and a friend on this zone, who makes us laugh so many times with his silly posts. Lord You've given him that gift to make people chuckle but now he seems to be burdened with a problem and Lord You are aware of what he's going through. I so pray that You would sustain Him and give him strength to handle what has come his way and Lord that You'd grant him wisdom and guidance through this. I also pray that He would have peace in this situation and that You'd comfort him please, with Your love and that He will physically feel Your presence strongly right now, so that he knows that You will help him and that he's not alone.
Uphold Him with Your righteous right hand and grant him favor and endurance, patience in trusting in You and that he will never waiver in his faith, his stand, his prayers and his trust in You.
Lord, he can't do anything without You so we pray that he will be ever more so aware of Your presence. Make Yourself known to him in a more intimate way, Lord.
Thank You Jesus that You hear this request on behalf of Stephen, and thank You Lord already now for the provision and the answers that You so sufficiently provide. In Jesus Name I humbly pray. AMEN

thanks everyone for your prayers, I'm happy that we have a good family here of petheads to pray for one another.

I'm still going thru a lot but keep me in your prayers, I'm happy to be back and making people laugh.

You know, whenever I dealt with depression in the past, I never completely lost my sense of humor,

so with you apparently it's the same way

well I still have my times that I just can't laugh or even think of funny stuff.......but God is helping and getting back here has helped me a great deal.

From the bottom of my heart guys......you are the best!
