How do you load a photo into a post?

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to load a picture or photo into a post as I've seen others do on the Zone, nor can I seem to load an avatar.
How is everyone doing it?
Only YOU can prevent avatars

You have to use a free photo hosting site like imagestation.com or photohost.org. (I use photohost.org). Then post your photos. Right click on the photo and copy that URL address. Now use the "IMG" tab above before and after your web address.

Apparently they still looked like a hair metal band in 1997.
Pete Orta looks like Ronny Cates, Kevin Brandow almost looks like John Lawry, and Lonnie Chapin looks like another Louie Weaver.

unoactu1895, I DON'T agree with how you're using this site. If you want to be involved with us in the Petra Zone, please post stuff that's worth our reading. But if you're just gonna say dumb things like "I totally agree with you" over and over again, then it would be better for you to leave.
