Hey everbody,
Just a quick note to request prayer for Rachel and me today. We are going to the hospital tonight to have our baby!!! This is very exciting to say the least!

And he is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8lbs 2.5oz. (He was three weeks early!)
21 inches long.
22 hours of labor! And then delivered by C-section. Mom and baby are doing awesome!!!!

Eight pounds? Sheesh, no wonder Rachel had to have a C-section.
I'm glad the little one finally arrived. Congratulations.

Enosh and Rachel are both tall, it would make sense for their child to weigh eight pounds.
I bet you're glad the waiting is over.
Of course, when I say tall, I'm comparing them to me. Just about anyone except maybe a toddler or a newborn would be tall compared to me, LOL. My 2-year-old nephew is almost as big as I am. He's going to be tall though, my brother is tall.
That is a cool name.

Shell: I know what you mean about everyone being taller than you. I'm right at 5', but a girl I used to hang with is 5'11" and she used to whine about how it seemed like all the guys she dated were shorter than she was. I told her that was a problem I was never going to have unless I started hanging out at the race track!

It's cool you're on the short side too, Bridget...I'm barely 5' with my shoes on, LOL. There are some advantages to being small.
