Well tommorow-Sunday August 21-I am going off the college to begin my first year of college at Texas A&M. I am going into the corps of cadets-a leadership program based on and including ROTC-which is going to put a lot of stress on me. In all I would just like you prayer that I handle this change well. Thanks

Ross, that`s a big and exciting step! I bet it must be a little bit scary but all changes bring amazing surprises. I`m just starting my last year of college.

We`ll be praying.

Thank you so much for your prayers. The whole point in the corps is that as a freshman you learn how to follow and work under great stress, which means that this last week (which has been an orientation week) has been the most difficult, stressful week of my life. On the upside in one week I have matured a lot mentally and spritually and life seems to be settling down a litle bit.

Lord, I lift up Ross to You as he is entering his first year of college. I pray first of all that He will be focused upon You and that you would help him in all his studies and work that he has to do.

Lord, help him with all the changes that are going on in his life and help Ross to excell in all things he does. Lord, may this be a wonderful growing experience for him and grant him wisdom.

Thank You Lord that You are concerned about all aspects of our lives and we thank You for Your guidance, provision and care. Thank You that Ross is under the shadow of Your wings and in all things, may He always shine Your light and remember to entrust his studies to You. Thank You Jesus for this young man and thank You Lord that You have a plan for him, to give him a hope and a future. AMEN
