Thanks. I will keep everyone updated..

My dad called me this morning and said she has completely lost her mind. He said he just said good morning to her and she looked at him like she was going to kill him. He said there was just something about her eyes... I told him he just need to give her some time alone and pray for her. But, yet leave the communication thing going... One minute she is sucidal and one minute she is completely different. Maybe he should just get her help.

He shouldn't hesitate to get her help if he feels she's a danger to herself or others; he should do something before something terrible happens.

but, how old is your mom?

have you consider to take her to a doctor? maybe she could have disorder or something like that, I hope im not offending in any way and if I do please forgive me :(

For example my big sister and my grandmother used (my sis still does) to have like a mental problem , is hard for me to explain it in english, they use to get mad easily, very anxious, like a nervoussness problem...

Maybe your mother is going through something similar, like a biological problem ya know....

well be praying...HUG

Sweety, you didn't offend me at all.. thanks for the hugs. Hugs back...

Yeah, I am kinda thinking that she does have a disorder too. My dad called me last night and told me he done had all he can take. He said he is going to get her help from a doctor.

I am going tomrrow night to SC , to see her. I want her to know that I love her and show support. Thanks for the prayers and please continue to pray for her..

Please pray for safe travel mercies cause my husband does drive like a nut. He speeds on the highway... And he is going to get pulled over. I tell him, you got our kids in the back, think about them. He is always in a hurry. Yeah it is 4 hours from Georgia to SC but he can drive the speed limit lol...

ok

Nice to meet you. I hope to meet friends here and have a fun time talking to christian people.

Really don't have an introduction forum so let me introduce myself.

My name is Debra. I am 30 and married to an army sergant . Yes, I went crazy while he was in Iraq twice. But, he is back now due to a tumor behind his left optical nerve. It is not cancerous, Praise the Lord. He has to go through radiation treatments for six weeks. We have three beautiful children. Two lives with us and our older son Allen lives with my mother-in-law in Newberry, SC. He has mild autism. Reason he lives with her is because my husband Charles being in the army moves around alot. Allen needs stablility. It kills me to be a part from him, but I know I am doing what is best for him. I do get to see him. Matter of fact when we go to SC this weekend, we are going to go see him also .

Our other two kids are David the middle child and Anna louise the only little girl. Last child... I think three is enough.

I am going to show a pic of me, but I have very low self esteem.

And a pic of my husband when he was off of work for two weeks before he went to Iraq the second time. He didn't shave so beware lol but he is a cutie pie though.

I'll pray. Don't stay in low self esteem. Esteem yourself the way Christ esteems you. That's where true self esteem comes from.

dEBRA!!!!! come on!!!! why do you have low self steeme? Im the only one here who suppose to has that

No, seriously, I know how it is, God has been helping me to lift it up. Something that has worked for me has been this: I hate mirrors, I dont like to look myself but when I look myself I say: all the negative stuff you think about yourself is a lie, God made you beautyful and special.

I still dont like pictures but I believe is a process :p I thank God because for the moment I really have a lot of self confidence when I think in my personalitie.

Sometimes I dont believe what I say but I declare it in faith. Also trying to be objective, when you have all this negative thoughts think: is that really true? believe the positive things people say to you. Also praying for God helps you to get out of it is very important.

oh, and my name is Eloisa Palacios (Elo on da zone) Im 21 and Im in my last year of college studying hispanic literature. I have a married brother who is 32, a sister who is married and si 30 and a little sis who is 16.

Im glad to know your husband arrived safely to the states TWICE. thats a miracle ya know, that makes you wonder why the low self steeme, if God is doing this for you you must be special lady!!!

Funnily Squaring Eagly Arborpraries. . . ?

Welcome to the Fragile Self-Esteem Association. I am your chairman, Mr. Hachi Machi.

I think I'm just like you both in the sense that I can really love myself one moment and really hate myself the next, especially if I do somethin' realreal dumb.

We don't have any legitimate reason at all to have low self-esteem (not self-steeme), but it just comes naturally for some personality types.

I remember you from Josh's site, Debra. Hehe, don't let Elo fool you, she's a very sweet and funny person. You're a sweet person too, Deb, and you're a nice guy Dan, so don't buy into the low self-esteem lie. You're God's children and that makes you special.

We all have our hang ups; if we didn't we wouldn't be human. :P
