I don't know what those are. Are you talking about yoga and meditation?

You know how some people drum their fingers on the table when they're nervous? Sounds like that. :) No, I'm kidding... but it does have the smell of a scam about it. Check out this at the bottom of the pages:
Important note: While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. Further, Gary Craig is not a licensed health professional and offers EFT as an ordained minister and as a personal performance coach. Those who want to discuss the use of EFT for a specific emotional problem with a professional in the mental health field are referred to our Referral section, where a number of licensed practitioners who use EFT in their practices are listed.
Sounds like a sugar pill to me. You THINK it's going to help you, so it does. If you thought getting whacked in the head with a 2x4 would help, that might help too. I mean, I'm all for new cool medical discoveries, but I'd need a little convincing on this one. 'Course, since it's "free" to "get started" you could always send off for their free stuff and see if it helps ya.
