You do know that if something is still available for sale and you download it from somewhere without the permission of the artist or the label, you are breaking the law and stealing from the artist, right? And that if you buy a CD you can easily make mp3s from it? If you're looking for a low-budget way out, I think I'd go with Life_AWKI's suggestion and buy the song for 99 cents.
mp3?

Hey, brother... I'm not "thinking" anything. I'm just telling you the black and white truth. If you take it and don't pay for it, that's stealing, and that's what the law says. Just like if you walked into a store and stole a 99 cent pack of gum. Maybe someone might call it "petty theft," but it's still theft. You don't need that mp3 to survive, so there's not even the "stealing a loaf of bread for my family" excuse to fall back on.
Now, if someone buys you a copy of it and gives it to you, that's a different thing.

I understand what you're trying to say, Michael, but there's one problem. I don't know if it applies to this case, but I've bumped into this problem several times.
There are some i-Tunes releases that I would really like to hear, but I cannot download them, because my computer is not located in the United States. I'm willing to pay, but I have to find another way of getting this music because i-Tunes (and other stores!!) won't allow me to buy it. And if it is music that is only released on i-Tunes (I'm referring to Jars Of Clay - i-Tunes Originals, Jars Of Clay - Mini Monsters EP, Jars Of Clay - Roots And Wings EP, Luna Halo - King And Queens EP), there's no way for me to get it legally... It's just as crazy as with the Limited Edition Signature Cover release of Petra's Farewell album. I had to ask Josh to buy it for me, cause musichristian.com wouldn't send it outside the US. I know this is another kind of problem, but it's one of the frustrating things of living out of the States and wanting to buy US-made music.
I would imagine that there are not very much international digital music stores around that have the song Ezequiel is looking for...
I have bought a real copy of Swine Flew long ago and I'm now giving an mp3 to Ezequiel, because I believe he's not able to get it otherwise.

Yeah Pieter, i try to say that, here in Buenos Aires, i can buy in the stores the album, 1 because don`t have nothing and 2 i can`t paid the cd if i not have a credit card... and if i can buy the cd, i think that i don`t have any problem to buy the full cd, is better for me... in the USA is all more easy to buy, paid or anything... here is not.
