I'm an english indian.....help me please

My dads side of the family came from England and Germany, while my mothers side came from.....well here in the united states....lol They were Indians. so I'm an english indian, I'm wealthy but you can't tell it.

I have manners at the table but I killed my food, I sleep on the ground, outside, but I make sure I have my shoes on. I drive a car but only to hurd buffalow. I use a phone but answer "How"
