You like that, huh? In the "word censors" setup of the board, I replaced a word that begins with "p" and ends with "s" and signifies a part of the male anatomy with the word "spiritual"... so now whenever we get a spam about making that male thing grow, it shows up as a "spiritual growth patch." hehe!

Better will be when we eradicate spam entirely; for now, laughing at the little bit we get is fun, too.

I sort of wondered why a bot would be encouraging spiritual growth, LOL. That is funny.

Well... I can't actually post the actual words here because they will be censored, but a few examples would be:

The phrase that begins with "blow" and means a sexal act will now become "prayer time"

The word that refers to a man's anatomy and also to a rooster will now officially become "truck." The reason I changed this one was because it gives me the giggles to see links to "Mom's first monster truck"

The word that refers to a woman's anatomy and also to a feline friend (the P-word) will now officially become "chihuahua"

"F-ed" will become "cuddled"
"F-ing" will become "skiing"

Three letter "x" in a row will now officially become "KFC" (Mmmmm. fried chicken!)

I traded out words for things like "Bible" and "spiritual", and some for food items like "tortilla" and "gumball". Some pharmeceuticals become "peppermints" and "lollipops". I don't want to give away too much of the list in case real live spammers come by and take a look, but it's enough to "clean up" most spam posts enough that at least people don't have to see swears and references to peoples private body parts.

I remember when I was a forum admin (yeah someone actually gave me admin powers. I think they must have been drinking.) we were continually substituting words (normal ones like spoon and Gene-my rival admin, heh), changing one another's siggies and other childish pranks. So much fun to be had with admin powers. Mwaahahahahah...
