Word of advice, Elo: It is upsetting when you lend someone something and they don't return it, but don't waste your time trying to get him to answer or send it back after all this time. Just make it a point not to lend him anything again.

That applies to anyone, there's some wisdom in the old saying "Neither a lender nor borrower be". I've had similar experiences, and I am very selective about who I trust with my stuff.
