Lindsay Lohan announced this week she was suing the company E-Trade for the commercial they showed during this years Superbowl. In the commercial "the ones with the little babies" a little girl is referred to as a "Milk-a-holic." Ms. Lohan says that because the baby is named "Lindsay" that it implies it is her.

How much money does she feel this offense requires? $100,000,000.00!!!!!!!!

Has our society become "Sue Happy?"

I think as Christians we should use it as a last resort only. I feel when all else fails then yes sue, and also when sueing you should only sue for the amount owed to you or the amount lost.

Oh my gosh, she is suing for that! everybody is suing... sue sue sue... and then there is Sue Dempster aswell, 2010 the year of the Sue.
