Prayer request

Hey, all!
I would appreciate it if you could lift my wife and I up in your prayers. This Saturday I am meeting with the Ministerial Education & Guidance Board of my conference along with my wife. We will be meeting with the board to be interviewed and for the Board to discuss whether the conference of my denomination (Free Methodist) will accept me as a Conference Ministerial Candidate (which for us is the last step before full ordination). Actually, this will be a reintroduction, as my credentials were dropped while I was sojourning for a couple of years with the Wesleyans. Anyway, I am the worship leader for my church and through prayer and counsel feel that this is an important step for my wife and I to take. We appreciate any and all prayers we can get. There was a time after a particularly bad church staff experience that I thought that I would never enter into the ministry again. I've discovered that things are just not that easy. It's a trite saying, but absolutely true nonetheless "You can take the boy out of the ministry, but you can't take the ministry out of the boy." God has done an amazing job of healing my heart and I am excited to take this step, but I know that wisdom is called for all the way around.
Thanks,
Eric
