when i read shawnpfan2010 topic "just wondering", i was wondering what happened to Kenny Marks. Does anyone knows what he is doing right now? I started this topic, as shawnpfan2010s topis has a Petra focus and this has the focos on other artists.

Best wishes,
Markus

I'm not sure what he is doing now, but he was really good. I saw him open up for White Heart on a leg of the Freedom Tour; man that was an awesome show.

I'm not sure what Kenny is doing now, but I remember reading somewhere (it may have been a post here a number of years ago) that he's not in music anymore. Which is a shame, he did some good stuff.

I watched him recently on youtube. He was on some TV show with a guitar player, and they were playing along with tracks. I'm pretty sure it was more recent. He's on Facebook, and there are pictures of him with a guitar.

Kenny Marks just recently passed away at the age of 67-68; I saw a post on facebook about it; I believe John Lawry had posted something about but not totally sure.

That is sad. Too young. Great talent. Enjoy the sleep, Kenny. When you wake up, there's going to lots of action.

Every day, multiple times, I think about how much time I don't have left. We have heard it all of our lives, "Time is short." When I was 20, I thought I had forever to live. Now that I have about 20 left to live, it does seem like it went by so fast. I didn't do enough for God, family and others. So much to do along with working to survive. Not ready to go yet.

Same here. There are days I want 20+ years left then there are days when I think about how nice it would be to go now.

Oh no! This is very sad to learn. Actually, I'm a little bit speechlees right now, as I'm for the very first time in the US and had a very beatuiful day.
Visited the zone just as I do so many times for just looking for interesting updates.

This hits me hard. I really loved many of his songs.
