10. Norah Jones /Little Broken Hearts / 309,000

CCM accounts for less than 11% of the market in physical sales, and less than 21% in digital sales. Country is over 45%.

The only thing that interest me on there is Van Halen. I'm sure these sales are somewhat off because they don't take account concert sales.

Man people sure don't seem to be purchasing music anymore. As for VH- maybe they would sell more if the new album was a little better and if they had not cancelled so much of their tour.

They are pretty darn happy with sales. Unless you are a female (Adele, Carrie, etc), catering to the tweeners, you are going to sell about what they sold. Their label is ecstatic! I don't know every reason for canceling of course, but some of those dates could not have been selling well. Cities like Detroit, which are in the toilet financially, probably had weak sales.

The physical sales keep going down each year. It has been trending down since the late 90s. I read Adele has over 5B, yes Billion, downloads.
