He was wrong for saying we are a Democracy, we are actually considered a Republic by the Constitution. I do like how he said its your choice to vote or not to vote, but in the same aspect I do believe its our duty to vote; I always say "If you don't vote than don't complain & grip when you don't agree with who is in office, because your NO vote put that person in office". By you not voting it has spoken in favor of the one who won.

No, not officially like that, but they generally have the option to write in someone if they don't like who is on the ballot.

I think our process has the write in vote, but because the actual name put in the write in slot is not legally certified by the states there would be no way for that name to win even if he/she had the majority. I would have loved to see this happen in 2008 because neither McCain or Obama were qualified to be President, but it is very far fetched that it could happen. BTW this current election is different, because there is no way we can allow Obama to win a 2nd term. I'm not totally 100% behind Romney/Ryan, but will tell you I think they both know what they are doing to get this country back to financial stability.
IF ANYONE VOTES THIRD PARTY IN THIS ELECTION THEY WILL BE VOTING OBAMA BACK INTO OFFICE AND WILL BE VOTING AS A LIBERAL MINDED SOCIALIST.

We are a Constitutional Republic. Not a democracy.
