Help... my phone is screwed up...

Okay so I bought a phone yesterday, it's a Samsung Galaxy Centura, and today I got an error when trying to go on a website. It says "This webpage has a redirect loop" so I clicked the button that says "learn more" and it said my version of Google Chrome was out of date, so I tried updating it, but the Play Store gave me an error (497) that said it was not able to update it. Any suggestions?

Who is your wireless provider?
How much data do you have on your plan?
Have you changed an settings like APN, WiFi etc?
have you tried resetting to the factory settings?

Since you have only had it one I would go ahead and reset to factory settings and basically start over; make sure you save your contacts and vital info in Google before doing it to assure you do not lose anything.

Thanks guys, I actually got it working the next day I believe.
And Daniel, I use StraightTalk, and I have unlimited data for 30 days (30 day cards).
